these nice clean lines are very popular with directors right now- also the "retro-contemporary" look is a favourite

nice see through into bedroom of "traditional" home; again not too cluttered, neutral palette- easy to dress

this house has been used on multiple occasions for various commercials- it's largely vacant main floor allows directors to very easily envision their "own" spaces in this home

nice clean traditional classical home- every day "American"- easily dressed up or down- good windows to light through

would you believe that this basement rec-room has been used an dozens of commercials?! Its' large, not too low ceiling and practically dressed look has made this homeowner alot of money over the years

The general emptiness of these rooms makes them favourable for shooting. However, that does not eliminate homes that are entirely decorated as we frequently use or fully re-dress existing furnishings, decor etc.
